A colorful pair of warehouses on the docks of an eastern city. There’s a lot of interesting things to do at a port. Customs fraud? Skipping town?

This map pack is compatible witn my Japanese modular city tileset. On the top-right and bottom-left, you can attach city streets tiles more or less seamlessly to build a gigantic city with!

Thoughts

• I like things that rise from the waters to attack unsuspecting players.
• Smugglers from the sake brewery may be porting their goods through here with the aid of the harbormaster.
• You’re a kid now, you’re a squid now. (I never said all of my thoughts were intelligent.)

Contents

• Warehouse: A pair of warehouses on the docks.
• Putrid Waters: Pollution! Or poison. Or maybe the area is just vile. Maybe someone killed an abberation nearby & it’s actually ichor.
• Clearing: A big clearing instead of the warehouses! Lots of extra room to fight in.
• Fire: So that’s what happens when you knock over the lanterns. Let’s hope nothing valuable that needs to be preserved is in there.
• Fish Market A busy market for seafood! Someone might be selling more valuable than plain tuna. Something worth killing to get your hands on.
• Legendary Catch: Wow, where’d the giant squid get hauled up from?
• Infested Squid: Oh God, put it back in the water. Something’s breaking out from under the skin! Or maybe it’s a mind-flayer trap?
• Flood: The river isn’t supposed to do that … it may have been encroaching merfolk.
• Winter: Brr. Ice included. Those rowboats might not be usable in this weather.
• Canopies: Built for VTT usage!
• Day/Night Variants: Wherever applicable!

WEBP for digital use

All maps are provided with & without square grids in WEBP format!

(Please note that while WEBP is compatible with virtually all VTT software (Roll20, Foundry, Owlbear, MapTool...) it may not be viewable in old photo-viewing applications i.e. Windows 10's default Photos app.)

Full-color PDFs for print

The PDFs come in two forms: a "single-sheet" PDF with the whole image on one page for print shops or large printers, and a "divided" PDF split into US Letter/A4 sheets that can be cut out & stitched together on a home printer!

A content key for a Foundry VTT module is included, so you can download & install a compendium of pre-built scenes with walls & lighting from inside Foundry!
